If you choose to with hold requested information however, we may not be able to provide you with the service you require, should that depend on the collection of that information, particularly if the collection of that information is required by law.

We want to ensure that you are totally happy with the clothing and accessories that you buy from us. You are welcome to send back to us any items for any reason. We will be happy to exchange for another size, another item or just to refund your money.

When making a return please enclose the form that comes with your order and send it back within 30 days. At all times our priority is to provide clothing and service that you are 100% happy with, so we will consider any genuine return enquiries after the 30 day deadline.

You will need to pay the postage on any return, however we will then pay the postage on any item sent to you in exchange. We aim to deal with all returns within 1 week whether your return is for exchange or refund you will usually receive your replacement or refund within 10-14 days. Of course you are welcome to call or e-mail us any time to check the status of the return. All items carry a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Items returned to FRC Clothing must be in clean, perfect, re-sellable condition. Only items with manufacturing defects may be returned after being washed. Exact style exchange is dependent on inventory availability.
